Sign Request
Policy
- Completion of Request
Form -
- PLEASE COMPLETE
ENTIRE FORM.
- This includes map
coordinates (the Right Map Co.).
- There are many streets
with the same name or similar name. Please be sure
to provide the correct address.
- Directions with left
or right on cross streets are very helpful. Many
areas have had 911 number changes.
- Please double check
your house number. Also, include homeline numbers,
if applicable.
- If you check yes for a
name rider and we do not put it up, that means we do
not have one.
- Many panels and riders
do not get returned due to homeowners locking them
in garages, sheds, etc.
- Installation
- Signs are installed
within 72 business hours (in local areas) from the
time the request is received.
- Please notify your
customers.
- If your customer has a
sprinkler system, invisible fencing or any other
underground obstruction, please inform us.
- If your customer has a
special location request for a sign, please indicate
the area.
- Properties outside
city limits will take extra time to install.
- Vacant land
installations need to have a temporary sign
installed and exact mileage from a crossroad or
house numbers on either side or across the street is
required at all times.
- If a sign is to be
attached to a building, please obtain homeowners
permission.
- Sending Request
- Please be sure to give
all sign request forms to the office
Administrative Assistant so he/she can review all
forms for accuracy and completeness and also to be
sure that all forms are successfully faxed without
any error codes.
- If only the office
Administrative Assistant is faxing sign request
forms, this will ensure that if there is a problem
with the fax transmission, he/she will be aware of
it and fix the problem.
- We want to be sure
that all requests reach our office in a timely
manner without error.
- If your sign is not
installed in a timely manner, please contact your
office Administrative Assistant so he/she can
contact our office to inquire on the status of the
post.
- Removal
- Please follow the same
procedure as you would for any installations.
- Please tell your
customers not to remove any signs and place them
into garages, sheds, etc.
- If the sign is not
taken down in a timely manner, please check with
your Administrative Assistant and he/she will
contact our office to inquire about the status of
the sign.
It is our goal to have
EVERY sign installed/removed in a timely manner. If you
find your sign has not been installed/removed in a
timely manner, please contact your Administrative
Assistant and he/she will contact our office.
