Sign Post Policy

Installation - We will be installing a wooden post for sale sign to help market your property. This sign will be installed within 72 business hours
from the time your sign request is faxed to our sign man. (please allow a little more time in case of bad weather).

Special Location

If you would like your sign in a special location, please let your agent know when you are listing the property so we can accommodate your needs.
- Underground Obstructions

If you have a sprinkler system, invisible fencing or any other underground obstruction, please mark where you would like the sign placed so we do not damage any of the systems listed above.

No Lawn

If your property has no lawn and the sign needs to be attached to
the building, please indicate where you would like it placed.

Removal- The sign on your property will be removed when your property is sold, expired or withdrawn. The same 72-business hour policy still applies. Please do not remove the post and store in garages, sheds, etc. If your sign is not removed in a timely manner, please call your agent so we can take care of this for you as soon as possible.
