- How Do I get Started?
Contact either Rich Dessureau (Capital District) at
518-527-7169 or Harry Sheldon (Syracuse Area) 518-573-4114 and
we will provide you with a log in ID and password for our
website, or you can Click Here to
request a logon id and password online. After that, just log in, complete the necessary
form and submit it. Your post will be installed or removed
within 72 business hours.
- What areas are considered local?

for a detailed listing of our service areas.
- What would charges be for any listings
out of the area?
$50 per hour, total trip out and back.
- Are riders and panels installed/removed
as well?
Yes
- Can I see the new system before signing
up?
Yes. Click on Login and use Demo for the password and
ID. You will come to a menu that says, New
Sign, Remove Sign, Repair Sign. You can
practice your order entries here. These orders are not
saved to the system or emailed to anyone, this is just a tool to
give you an idea as to how the system and forms are laid out.
- Data Entry Rules for Placing orders:
- No apostrophes in any entry field.
- Only numbers in the phone fields.
- Sticking with numbers and letter is
always safest.
- Returning to Login Screen - If you
keep returning to the log in screen after signing in:
- Please verify that you have entered in
your password and id correctly.
- Are you running a Firewall? Look
under Privacy Settings. Uncheck the "Browser
Privacy" Option. Consult your firewall
documentation for the exact location of this setting.
